March 1968 - My Lai Massacre
Soldiers on March of 1986 where commanded by a high ranking officer to pillage the south Vietnamese village of My Lai. It was a Massacre with many deaths to young children and women. The massacre was covered up the next day but it wouldn't be long until it would be revealed, the original task was to check the village for any communist or enemy activity but ended in bloodshed. 26 Soldiers were charged with criminal offences, the high ranking officer was lieutenant William Calley Jr. and he was a platoon leader. This man was found guilty of 22 murders and was given life in prison but only server five and a half days of house arrest.
